BRIGIT™ Bone Resection Instrument Guide*

Watch Video: CAS/BRIGIT
Presented By: Sheryl Conley, Group President, Americas and Global Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer

The BRIGIT Bone Resection Instrument Guide, the latest technology in TKA surgery, will be available for demos in the Zimmer Computer Assisted Solutions (CAS) Lab at AAOS 2007.

BRIGIT

The BRIGIT System is a computer-assisted, 6 degrees-of-freedom positioning arm that assists the surgeon through automatic positioning and rigidly holding a multi-slot cut guide in place (without the need for pins).   Importantly, the surgeon retains complete control in final positioning and placement.

The BRIGIT System does not require traditional TKA instruments which are associated with placement and removal of pins and cut guides.

Entirely developed by Zimmer for Zimmer implants, the BRIGIT software interface and touch screen control panel offer an easy to use solution for Total Knee Arthroplasty.

Please stop by the Zimmer CAS Lab for a closer look at the BRIGIT System.
