Interviews are usually onsite in one of our facilities and typically involve the hiring manager, Team Members, as well as a member of our Human Resources team. It’s your chance to get a better sense of our culture, what we value, and your future opportunities with us. You will also get to ask any questions you might have about us.
You might be asked to complete additional assessments after the onsite interview. These assessments help us determine how you will fit in with our Company, in a specific role and with other Team Members.
If you are not selected for the position, you will be notified by a recruiting specialist or by email.
If you are selected for the position, we will extend a verbal offer with a follow-up offer letter sent via email.
All offers are contingent upon a background check and drug screen prior to starting employment. You also will receive documents that we will need you to complete, including Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) which must be completed within three business days of your start date.
